Since its relocation to Senai International Airport in Johor, Malaysia in 2001, FRAS has continued to grow as a premier general aviation flying club in the region. While originally offering light sport aircraft flight training, FRAS has since streamlined its focus to deliver high-quality private pilot training exclusively on the trusted and proven Piper PA28-161 aircraft.
In addition, the club provides immersive Discovery Flights (Flight Experience) on both the Piper PA28-161 and Piper PA28R-200. Offering aspiring aviators and aviation enthusiasts an unforgettable introduction to the world of flight.
Capt. Ranjit Singh, brother of the late Capt. Gurcharan Singh, now leads FRAS Flying
Club with a strong sense of responsibility and vision for the future. As the Chief
Executive Officer (CEO) and Director, he plays a pivotal role in upholding the operational
integrity and instructional excellence that FRAS is known for.
