Booking of Flights
Members (Flight Training and Recreational Flights) and the General Public (introductory flights) who wish to make flight bookings through the email can use this page to submit your requests. All flight bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance (but not more than 2 months in advance). The club will acknowledge the email or call 2 days prior to the date of the flight booking to confirm the date and time.

Cancellation of flights can be made through the phone Tel: +607-5995290 or e-mail at least 48 hours prior to the flight. Flight cancellation of less than 48 hours can only be done through the phone (SMS will not be accepted). If done less than 24 hours, cancellation charges will be imposed.
